In addition to standard pedagogy, theory and reading, other key areas of a well-rounded musician are emphasized in Mike’s curriculum (including accompaniment, ensemble playing, keyboards and synthesizers, songwriting and improvisation). Mike honed his teaching chops as the Vice President of New England Music Academy for 5 years and has taught privately for more than 20 years.
